Site work for a water / sewer project in Bardstown, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 3, 2023, project was awarded to Earth Works, awarded amount is $1,769,457.50. Contract 1 consists of approximately 7,000 linear feet of 12" PVC, C-900, DR-18 transmission main, isolation valves, hydrants, and all necessary appurtenances for a complete and operating potable water main. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations: City of Bardstown City Hall, 220 N. Fifth Street, Bardstown, KY 40004 Kenvirons, LLC., 770 Wilkinson Blvd., Frankfort, KY 40601 Any bid that is obviously unbalanced may be rejected. The City of Bardstown reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities. The Work will be substantially completed within _245 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within _275_ days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
