The services described by the Agreement and this RFP will include Digital Display Signs and are more fully described in Exhibit A. The successful Offeror shall provide the services as described herein for an initial term of three (3) years commencing on approximately April 24, 2023, and expiring on April 23, 2026, with an option to renew upon mutual agreement of both parties under the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one-year terms Direct Inquiries and Send Submittals to Kevin Womack, Procurement/Contract Specialist, procurement@valleyregionaltransit.org 208.258.2737 Clarification of Submittals During the evaluation of submittals, VRT reserves the right to the following: o Contact any or all Offerors for additional information for clarification purposes, o Discard submittals which contain errors, or o At its sole discretion, waive disqualifying errors or gain clarification of error or information. These dates are for planning purposes and represent the agency's desired timeline for this project. Any revision to the "Deadline for Submittals" will be made by addendum. All other dates may be adjusted without notice as needs or circumstances dictate. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
