Asbestos Mudded Pipe Fittings: Removal and proper disposal of approximately six (6) off-white assumed friable asbestos mudded fittings located in ceiling pipe runs in the ground floor shop of the original school building. Pipe diameter varies from 3-6 inches. Associated pipe insulation is fiberglass. Exterior Asbestos Window Caulking: Removal and proper disposal of approximately 1,550 lineal feet of non-friable white/brownish caulking located around perimeter of all exterior windows on the entire school building Asbestos Floor Tile, Mastic, and Linoleum: Removal and proper disposal of approximately 10,400 square feet of non-friable multi-colored asbestos containing floor tile and associated black/tan mastic located in the 3 rd floor hallway, east ground floor addition (bays 1-6, bay hallway and lobby, boys' and girls' bathrooms, janitor closet, superintendent's office and safe room), and west ground floor addition (music room and hallway). Removal and proper disposal of approximately 42 square feet of non-friable floral patterned asbestos containing linoleum located in the ground floor shop closet. Asbestos Transite Windowsill and Sink Coating: Removal and proper disposal of one (1) black non-friable asbestos containing transite windowsill in bay 6. Removal and proper disposal of one (1) sink with non-friable asbestos containing undercoating located in the lunchroom. Asbestos Roofing Material: Removal and proper disposal of approximately 4,325 square feet of non-friable black asbestos containing tarred felt roofing material located above the entire west building addition (music room, lockers, and boiler room areas).
