Enhanced Ventilation Energy Recovery Ventilation RFQL 5217 sets up a mechanism to qualify Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) Manufacturers for eligibility to participate in the adoption of retrofit enhanced ventilation projects, where NYSERDA plans to cost-share support for design and integration of ERV+DOAS into existing commercial, industrial, and multifamily buildings through a Program expected in 2023. The RFQL describes a set of technical design specifications and consulting/advisory qualifications that will be assessed via application of required information and then formal evaluation interview. NYSERDA is seeking to qualify ERV Manufacturers that demonstrate the ability to meet the high efficiency ERV System Requirements. Manufacturers with high efficiency ERV products are invited to apply to this RFQL. Applicants must have prior demonstrable experience in high efficiency retrofit ERV projects. The Applicant must provide proof of capabilities through ERV project examples and product specifications / testing certificates. Potential vendors will be evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively on past ERV projects that have been implemented within thirty-six (36) months of submitting to this RFQL.
