One-Two Sentences The University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP) is seeking letters of interest from qualified professionals to provide complete design and construction administration services. UNCP has initiated a project to upgrade the sewer infrastructure around D.F. Lowry by replacing the outdated terracotta piping system. The project will resolve the persistent repair problems in the area. Firms are requested to assure receipt of proposals at the address listed below by 12:00 p.m. on 2023-04-18. Intended Schedule: 4/4/2023 Pre-Submittal Meeting virtual via WebEx (info URL above) 4/18/2023 Letters of Interest Due To maintain impartiality in the selection process, from the date of this public announcement, do not communicate with members of the Board of Trustees, Campus Officials, or staff, except for the specified project contact. Any breach of this directive or communication with anyone else may result in the rejection of your submission. Therefore, all correspondence should be through email only, sent to the project contact, and include copies to Mark.Vesely@uncp.edu, Director of Operations and Maintenance, and Douglas.Hall@uncp.edu, Interim Architect. This restriction remains in effect until the Board of Trustees approves the project and releases a public statement. 4/11/2023-Questions Due Noon
