Project Description One-Two Sentences The University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP) is seeking letters of interest from qualified professionals to provide complete design and construction administration services for UNCP to replace Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP) and all system devices in the following locations; Lumbee Hall, Livermore Library, Jones Health & PE Facility and Old Main. These systems are comprised of both addressable and non-addressable systems. All systems have annunciators, duct detectors, heat detectors, smoke detectors, audible / visual devices, pull stations, remote power supplies and back up battery systems. All systems are to be replaced with modern, addressable systems and all devices on the system are to be replaced upgrading the fire alarm control panel in Lumbee Hall, Livermore Library, Jones Health & PE Facility and Old Main buildings.
