Weber County Purchasing, on behalf of the Road Department invites your company to bid on providing various road aggregate products. If any provision or specification in this "Invitation to Bid" (ITB) is ambiguous or is disputed by a bidder, the bidder must notify the County Purchasing Division prior to the opening of the bids. No dispute or protest concerning the ambiguity of these specifications or provisions of the ITB shall be accepted following opening of the bids. SCOPE OF WORK & SPECIFICATIONS:
1.5" Crushed Rock - Gravel shall meet the state specs for 1" crushed gravel.
1" Minus Crushed Rock - Gravel shall meet the state specs for 1" crushed gravel.

3/8" Rock Washed Road Chips - We reserve the right to select 3/8" rock washed road chips that are clean and consistent in size. The product will be picked up by Weber County throughout the year. The price of materials, location and any fuel surcharge will be considered in selecting the low bid. Price is to include all charges. Location of pit must be stated in the bid. QUESTIONS: Questions shall be submitted through Utah Public Procurement online . Questions are due prior to the question due date and time specified in . If a questions/answer changes the ITB, the change will be released in an addendum to the ITB. Do NOT contact the Agency, Division, Department, or other County officers or employees. AWARD:
The County will determine the low bidders based upon price(s) bid. The County reserves the right to award multiple purchase orders to the responsive, responsible bidders meeting specifications who bid the lowest overall cost to the County. Weber County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bids, if to do so is in the best interest of the County
