Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Huntington, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project description: remove existing overhead garage door & replace with new infill wall & new concrete stem wall. New infill & concrete wall to match existing stem walls & metal siding. Cut existing stem wall and install new 18' - 0 garage door. Cut/remove existing storage tank & fill new hole with compacted sand for new concrete floor. Place new concrete slab on top of compacted sand over the existing concrete slab. Place new concrete apron with bollards along south side of building to provide elevation transition from building to asphalt paving. Remove and replace two existing overhead doors, including but not limited to insulated door, operator and support structure. Resecure siding and trim when installing new overhead doors. (some of the existing siding starting to peel away from the pre-engineered metal building). Cap existing plumbing in the corner of the warehouse. Remove and reinstall existing compressor and gas line in new raised location after new concrete slab is placed. Tighten existing & install new lateral cross bracing on interior east and west side of pre-engineered metal building. Base bid will consist of all work outlined in the plans and specifications for the project. Question Deadline 02/27/2023 at 3:00 PM MT Online submission on Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website.
