The City of Greenfield, Massachusetts is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to supply and install a stationary License Plate Recognition (LPR) system to manage entry and exit of the City's Olive Street Parking Garage. The goal is to move to a completely automated system that integrates with the city's current parking management program. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing to Laura.Phelps@Greeenfield-MA.gov by Wednesday February 22, 2023 at 2:00 PM. Answers in the form of an Addendum will be made available by Friday February 24, 2023 by 3:00 PM. The Addendum will be emailed to vendors that have been asked for an electronic copy of the RFP The first envelope should also be marked "Non-Price/Technical Proposal - RFP 23- 11 Parking Garage Upgrade" and should contain one (1) proposal marked "original", and five (5) copies, plus an electronic copy. The second envelope should be marked "Price Proposal- RFP 23-11 Parking Garage Upgrade" and should contain one (1) original. It shall be the respondent's sole responsibility to ensure proposals are delivered on time. Late proposals will be returned unopened. Each response will be evaluated for both non-price and price components, with a composite rank assigned by the City. The evaluation criteria have been outlined in the RFP Documents.
