The Town of Maple Creek is seeking proposals from reputable Vendors to carry out a multi-year program of tree maintenance within the Town's municipal boundaries. As well, the successful vendor will agree to remove and properly dispose of diseased or other hazardous trees located on municipal property. Questions/inquiries regarding the Request for Proposals may be submitted via email or phone to: Barry Elliott CAO Phone: 1-306-662-2244 Email: cao@maplecreek.ca The successful Vendor shall carry out tree condition assessment services and subsequent tree removal for any trees deemed to be diseased or hazardous. As well, the successful Vendor will perform tree trimming in order to promote healthy plant growth and to maintain the beauty of the trees, and further carry out site clean-up of related debris. The successful Vendor shall be required to obtain a Town of Maple Creek Business License during each year of the Agreement. Proposals submitted shall include: Costs for all services are to be clearly identified Confirmation of the professional credentials held by those individuals who will perform the services. At a minimum, a licensed Arborist is to be provided as overseer of the work A calendar detailing the specific times of the year the services are to be performed Any other information that would help the Town better understand your proposal Competition Type: Request for Proposal Agreement Type: NWPTA
