The Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in providing design and construction services for the following project: Hangar Zero Restoration 2023-01 This design/build project consists of the roof replacement, siding replacement, and the re-framing of an addition to the main building structure of Hangar #0, airport warehouse/storage building. Completion date for this project will be 90 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. 100% Payment & Performance Bonds may be required. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $200.00 per day. Please attach the Bid Coversheet to the exterior of the envelope of your sealed bid for the "Hangar Zero Restoration at Calhoun County Airport 2023-01."
