As of April 5, 2023, project was awarded to Rector Excavating Inc, awarded amount is $345,751.50. Construction of approximately 1,150 linear feet of 8 PVC water main together with the appurtenances and related work along Requardt Lane in the City of Fort Mitchell, Kenton County, Kentucky The City of Fort Mitchell has plans for full depth pavement reconstruction of Requardt Lane beginning in July 2023. Pending approval by the NKWD Board of Commissioners, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, and Kentucky Division of Water, the District anticipates awarding the water main project April 3, 2023 and issuing Notice to Proceed for the water main project to commence work on or before April 17, 2023. The District reserves the right to direct the sequence of construction of the water main work as it sees fit in order to accommodate the City's roadway improvements.
