Site work and paving for a civil project in Darien, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Darien is currently requesting proposals to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and other appurtenances to improve Fort King George Drive in Darien, Georgia. The road is approximately 1.1 miles long and will consist of grading, patching, crack relief, asphalt paving, striping, grassing, and drainage improvements. BID BOND: All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. A cashiers or certified check may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond. PERFORMANCE/ PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Proposer, if awarded this contract, will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. PAYMENT TERMS:The successful Proposer will receive monthly payments within 30 days after receipt and approval by the Owners Representative of a valid invoice for those services rendered.
