Site work and paving for a road / highway in Point, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
It is the intent and purpose of these contract documents to provide for the seal coating of existing asphalt paving for the Sabine River Authority of Texas (SRA) - Lake Tawakoni Division located in Hunt, Van Zandt, and Rains Counties, Texas. Contractor is to perform all work as indicated, complete in place including all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and all other related items for the proposed project. Project shall consist of seal coating approximately 113,000 SY of existing asphalt paving utilizing TXDOT Special Specification 3028 - Frictional Asphaltic Surface Preservation Treatment, and ancillary crack sealing, subgrade re-establishment/repaving, and striping. The Sabine River Authority of Texas (SRA) is seeking bids for labor, materials, and equipment to perform Asphalt Seal Coating in the proposed locations on Lake Tawakoni The SRA is not responsible for ensuring the delivery of Bids to our offices. Bids shall be sealed and clearly marked, "Request for Bid - Lake Tawakoni Asphalt Seal Coating Project The Sabine River Authority reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive any formalities.
