For Borough Office Restoration Project The Carmichaels Borough Office Restoration Project includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete interior water damage and termite damage restoration and repairs at the Carmichaels Borough office. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Borough Engineer. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to Carmichaels Borough. Carmichaels Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Attention of bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the Carmichaels Borough Office Restoration project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day.
