Renovation of a fire / police facility in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Generally the project consists of interior renovations to the kitchen area of the Brandon Street Fire Station. The project includes but is not limited to: - Removal of existing interior wall finishes, cabinetry, ceiling, flooring, designated kitchen appliances, mechanical and electrical components; - Existing appliances designated for removal to be collected by City forces; - Construction of new flooring, wall tiling, ceilings, cabinets, bulkheads, mechanical and electrical components; - Supply and install designated kitchen appliances and re-install existing dishwasher; - Replacement of exterior windows; - Infill of existing window location where indicated; - Commissioning of renovated systems. award is subject to final approval.
