Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Big Prairie, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

1. Only one contract will be issued by the Owner for constructing the Project, the General Contract, which will cover all scopes of work necessary to construct the Project. 2. The Contractor awarded the General Contract (General Contractor) will be responsible for the performance and coordination of any and all subcontractors and suppliers either directly or indirectly contracted with the General Contractor. 3. Owner will provide Bidders access to the Project site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes, clean up, and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests, and studies. Bidder shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and Owners policies relative to excavation and utility locates. Bidders may contact Dale Sprang, Trustee if they have any interest in accessing the Project site The Project and Work for the Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction of the project identified as Salt Storage Building Project (the Project), all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Design Professional. The Project must be substantially complete by the Date for Substantial Completion discussed in Section Q below and as set forth in Section 3 of the Owner-Contractor Agreement. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis-Bacon wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
