Ballfield expansion at Mission Recreation Park, located adjacent to Kinsmen Fieldhouse at 855 Lexington Drive. The Work can be briefly summarized as follows: Construct two softball fields with pathways, fencing, irrigation, drainage, and sports field lighting bases and conduits Retrofit existing softball field into baseball field with irrigation and drainage Landscape perimeter areas complete with irrigation Optional work, depending on the City’s available budget: Design and install protective netting including geotechnical investigation Supply and install sports field lighting and wiring The City will supply for the contractor’s use: Skinned infield and warning track material Sand and organic material/Class A compost for creating sports field sand based growing medium Documents can be obtained from https://kelowna.bonfirehub.ca/portal/ Award: GRD Contracting Ltd - $2,662,047
