The project is located on Millersville Avenue in the Village of Howards Grove between STH 32 and Warbler Lane. The project involves rehabilitation of existing sewer lines with flexible thermosetting pipe liner, Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining. Approximate quantities for which bids are requested include 2,573 LF of 8-inch Sanitary Sewer Relining CIPP and 39 LF of 12-inch Storm Sewer Relining CIPP. All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the Village of Howards Grove, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through portal for bids to be accepted. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within the 90-day period after the date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any proposal, which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner.
