Pursuant to Government Code section 4526 and regulations as described in California Code of Regulations, title 2, division 3, chapter 1, article 13 (Retainer Contract), the California State Lands Commission (Commission) announces its intention to hire a consultant to provide environmental services for the On-Call Environmental Consultant A (San Francisco Bay/Delta/Inland Waterways). The purpose of this solicitation is to initiate the process by which the Commission will contract with a Firm with the appropriate qualifications to perform environmental services. Staff has been authorized by the Executive Officer and the Commission to solicit for consultant services, negotiate a fair and reasonable price, and award and execute Agreements.
