PROJECT OVERVIEW: Weld County is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of the Vinyl Composite Flooring (VCT) in the gymnasium at the Weld County Jail located at 2110 O Street, Greeley, Colorado. PROJECT SCOPE: The scope of this project includes the removal of the existing VCT flooring, floor prep, and installation of new VCT flooring. New VCT flooring will match existing layout including any and all borders and or trim for the basketball court layout. Attachment A: Original Floorplan 1. Contractor will be responsible for procuring and executing all scopes of work as outlined and specified in this scope of work and with any projects contract documents that may have been provided during this bid request. This will include but not be limited to all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the total scope of work. It is the contractor's responsibility at the time of bid submission to ensure that all project specifications and requirements have been included per this scope of work and any project documents that may have been provided.
