The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified Companies to provide all labour, material, fuel, equipment and services necessary to complete preventative maintenance services for standby generators at various Town of Ajax facilities. Work under this Contract includes all necessary parts and equipment to perform work including but not limited to oil, filters, air filter replacement and other consumables. Works to commence on or about Monday, April 03, 2023. The Contract will be for a 1 year term with the Town reserving the option to renew the Contract for four additional, 1 year terms, based on the Company providing satisfactory performance of the Contract and the Town's review at the anniversary date of each term.
