Site Directions: South Cicott St, from West Clinton Street to Bartlett Street The project consists of constructing; New sidewalk and curb walk with 25 ADA and PROWAG compliant Concrete Curb Ramps; 0.55 mile of Mill 1 inches & Overlay 1 inch of asphalt pavement with pavement patching (as directed by City); and new concrete drive approaches. Bid proposals shall be complete and properly executed on the bid form, and must be accompanied by an executed Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 96, confirmation that copies of Addenda were received (if issued), and satisfactory bid security. A certified or cashiers check payable to the City of Logansport, or a bid bond in the amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid amount must accompany each bid. All checks of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned upon selection of successful bidder. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the Contract amount. In determining the lowest responsible bidder, the City of Logansport Public Board of Works and Safety will consider the Total Base Bid made for the contract. The City of Logansport may also consider all other relevant facts mentioned in the Project Documents such as experience and subcontractors. The City of Logansport Public Board of Works and Safety reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding and to award contracts in the best interest of the City of Logansport.
