All submissions must be accompanied in particular by the following documents: A bid guarantee equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, issued by an authorized insurance company and valid for a period of ninety (90) days or a certified check equal to ten for one hundred (10%) of the bid amount; If the bid security is in the form of a bond: a letter of undertaking stipulating that a performance bond and a bond of the contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services will be granted to the bidder. The City of Saint-Sauveur will not divulge the results of the opening by telephone. To obtain this information, interested persons may consult the SEAO.
