Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; laboratory facility; office development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Proposition A: Lorene Smith Kirkpatrick Elementary School replace all carpeting throughout building, add wall panels for high traffic areas / creative learning spaces, Maypearl Middle School 5 additional classrooms 2 Science labs within classrooms additional restrooms. The addition will serve as a storm shelter for the middle school Maypearl High School larger cafetorium with UIL rated stage for performances, additional classrooms and Career Tech Education (CTE) labs, relocate campus offices in the new addition, the addition will serve as a storm shelter for the high school, relocate central administrative offices into remaining original one story portion of current high school, new front door and entry, with additional parking lot at the corner of Fourth Street and Phillips Street, new paving/parking replace asphalt parking lots and driving lanes with concrete, replace gravel parking lot at the primary with concrete, replace gravel transportation parking lot with concrete, district-wide HVAC replacement and upgrades, replace units throughout the district that are 20 years or older. As of May 13, 2025, the project is currently under construction. A completion timeline has not been released.
