On behalf of the Board of Curry County Commissioners and pursuant to and in compliance with the NM State Procurement Code, Curry County hereby invites competitive sealed bids submitted electronically for non-exclusive Plumbing Services for all Curry County facilities including, but not exclusively, 700 North Main, 801 Mitchell, 820 North Main, 417 Gidding and 620 Norris Street, Clovis, NM 88101. The term of a contract awarded as a result of this BID shall be from award date for two (2) years. The contract may be renewed according to the terms stated herein for one (1) additional two (2) year period, not to exceed four (4) years. All prices, costs and conditions submitted in response to this Invitation to Bid shall remain fixed and valid after the closing date for this bid submission and throughout the term of the agreement. The County shall have the option of renewing the existing contract, by mutual agreement, with approval by the Board of Commissioners, or requesting new Bids for services. The rates may be negotiated for each renewal of the contract. A breach of any terms of the contract shall be grounds for immediate termination of the contract. Either party may terminate the contract for any reason upon written notice to the other party, made at least thirty days in advance of the termination date.
