The City of Revere proposes to contract with responsive and responsible firms for On-Call Engineering Support Service, according to RFQ provisions. Revere City Hall will be closed on Monday, February 20, 2023 in observance of Presidents' Day. The City of Revere, as the awarding authority, reserves the right to accept any response or portion of a response, waive any minor informality in a response, investigate the ability of the respondent to honor a response, reject any and all responses, and award all contracts as shall be considered in the best interest of the City of Revere. It is the policy of the City of Revere to take positive steps to maximize the utilization of minority business enterprises in all activities administered by this agency. All proposals submitted in response to this RFQ shall remain in force and shall not be withdrawn for ninety (30) calendar days following the RFQ submission date and time. The contract will be awarded within (30) calendar days after the RFQ submission date and time. The time for award may be extended for up to 30 additional days by mutual agreement. This RFQ is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30b. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
