Bids are invited upon the following: Contract A: Supply under-bridge inspection access and maintenance & traffic protection services. Contract B: Supply under bridge inspection access from the water. Contract C: Supply maintenance & traffic protection services. A contractor may bid on one contract or each of them. Each contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder; however, a contractor could be awarded more than one contract. The structures to be inspected range in size and complexity with spans located over roadways, waterways, and railways. Typical work will be completed on weekdays during daylight hours. Services will be provided beginning as early as April 1,2023 through December 31, 2024. Work days may not be consecutive and will be subject to weather conditions. Larson Design Group reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of days required or structures inspected for Non-Professional Services as necessary for the successful completion of District 8-0 Districtwide Bridge Inspections work. Bids are required to be submitted by filling out the Form of Proposal in its entirety. This form is included in the bid package and is to be signed by the bidder. Alternate price quote forms will not be accepted. Bids may be held by the Engineer for a period not to exceed thirty days from date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
