For Aluminum Sign Blanks and/or Traffic Sign Posts Washington County is seeking bids for the purchase of aluminum sign blanks and or traffic sign posts for the Washington County Department of Public Works Aluminum traffic sign blanks specified herein shall be of either aluminum alloy 6061-T-6, 5154-H38, or 5052-H38, and shall conform to the requirements of material specification S 715-04, wrought aluminum and to the current "standard specifications, construction and materials" as required by the New York State Department of Transportation. Steel traffic sign posts specified herein shall conform to the requirements in sections 645, 646, and section 730-20 of the "standard specifications, construction and materials" as required by the New York State Department of Transportation. The price quoted shall include delivery to the Washington County Department of Public Works, 383 Broadway, Fort Edward, New York. The successful bidder will be notified as soon as practicable by letter and the bidder must be prepared to enter a contract to furnish the required materials or services. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any or all informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids.
