Please submit any questions or RFI's email to: shadetree@oakland-nj.org or 201-405-7723 ext 3022 by 3pm , Friday 3-Mar-23. All RFI's with answers will be posted on the borough portal and email if provided by bidder. It is the responsibility of the bidder to confirm the DPW secretary has the correct email address on file. Each Bidder shall: o Completely fill in all the blanks on the attached RFQ spread sheet. Pricing received in any other form will not be accepted. o Have the proposal signed by an authorized company representative. o Proposals shall be submitted on the form provided and delivered to the Oakland Municipal Building in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the company and marked "OSTC Pruning and Removal RFQ". o Submit with the RFQ Form a Business Registration Certificate. o Be required to provide proof of insurance. (see General Requirements & Exhibit A) No bid or performance bonds are required. The Borough reserves the right to revoke or modify this RFQ at any time prior to the due date. The borough may award individual RFQ items to different contractors. All trees listed on the RFQ are assumed to be located within the Borough Right-Of-Way (ROW) generally assumed to be within 10' of the edge of road. Basis for Comparine Quotes The Shade Tree Commission will determine the low bidder based upon the unit pricing for each RFQ item.
