Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in West Kelowna, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 27,320-square-foot, four-story above grade, 52-unit multi-residential development.
Construction of 4-storey building with 52 supportive housing studio units, West Kelowna, BC. The estimated GFA target for the building is 27,000 sq. ft, with studio units limited to 320 sq.ft. The building would consist of wood-frame stick construction. TIMELINE: Request for proposals to provide BC Housing with Development consultant services is closed. Award is pending. The Successful Proponent will work with BC Housing, the project architect, construction contractor and external stakeholders including the Operator to assist with obtaining the required municipal approvals (Rezoning, Development Permit, Building Permit, Subdivision Permit, etc.). Further update in spring 2025, upon approvals.
