The Successful Proponent will work with BC Housing, the project architect, construction contractor and external stakeholders including the Operator to assist with obtaining the required municipal approvals (Rezoning, Development Permit, Building Permit, Subdivision Permit, etc.). Further update in summer 2024, upon approvals.
