The building would consist of wood-frame stick construction. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to provide BC Housing with Development Consultant Services, has been issued by the owner. The Successful Proponent will work with BC Housing, the project architect, construction contractor and external stakeholders including the Operator to assist with obtaining the required municipal approvals (Rezoning, Development Permit, Building Permit, Subdivision Permit, etc.). Further update in summer 2024, upon approvals.
