Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Project involves: The repairs to existing building structure as outlined in the "Structural Condition Assessment of the Harlan Building" report. The existing roof, gutters and fascias will also be repaired/replaced as shown on the contract documents. Alternate No. 1 includes site improvements at the front of the building to improve drainage and the installation of the new stairs at the existing building front entrance. Alternate No. 1 scope also includes the installation of a foundation waterproofing system at existing building foundation. Sealed bids shall be addressed to the Division of Facilities Management, Thomas Collins Building, 540 S. DuPont highway, Suite 1 (3rd Floor), Dover, DE 19901. The outer envelope should clearly indicate: "OMB/DFM CONTRACT NO. MC3701000079 - DSCYF - HARLAN BUILDING - STRUCTURAL RENOVATIONS - SEALED BID - DO NOT OPEN."
