For Procurement of Tube Bundles for the Process Air Compressors for a Two (2) Year Period Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 C 127. (N.J.A.C. 17:27) FORMS OF Contract Specifications together with blank forms of proposals may be obtained from the Purchasing Department located in the Administration Building at 600 Wilson Ave. Newark, NJ. Work to be performed under Contract B320 includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all materials and labor to fabricate Intercoler and Aftercooler tube bundles complete with tubesheets, baffles, tie rods, spacers, etc., and shell assemblies for the air compressor manufactured by the Worthington Corp. Worthington Model BDC-4 -- Process Air Size 28/16/9 1/2/6 X 8-1/2 Ser. Nos. A-11927 through A-11928 The work required under this contract is indeterminate. Individual Task Orders will be issued to the contractor based on an agreed upon detailed scope of work.
