The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a professional project management Consultant to direct and coordinate all activities, including management of permitting, architectural, specialty consultants, and construction contracts for the construction of a Avista Stadium Improvements. The Avista Stadium Improvements project involves a combination of player and spectator amenities, and safety improvements. Proposed improvements include demolishing the existing maintenance building, renovating existing home and visitor clubhouse buildings, new strength and conditioning facility, new maintenance building, ballfield lighting replacement, outfield wall improvements, full field renovation, dugout improvements, new videoboard, administration office relocation, safety netting, landscaping improvements, 360-degree spectator outfield concourse, remodel and expansion of home plate club and concession area, structural condition assessment, and infrastructure improvements. The County anticipates utilizing General Contractor/Construction Manager delivery method for this project.
