a. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings and specified herein. b. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may not be specifically mentioned. c. General Description of Work: (1) Project consists of Renovation of existing high bay and office space. (2) Demolition shall consist of ceiling, wall, and door interior modifications along with exterior wall and structural frame modifications for a new overhead door. HVAC ductwork modifications along with plumbing and piping modifications. Electrical modifications of high bay lighting, installation of new electrical equipment, and associated device level work for room modifications. (3) Architectural work shall consist of relocation and installation of an existing wind tunnel along with modification of existing ceilings, walls, and doors to incorporate the required space for the wind tunnel. Installation of a new dynamometer and engine assembly room along with new welding booth areas will be included in existing high bay space. Interior finish upgrades for office and conference room areas along with wall and ceiling modifications for existing hallway areas will be included.
