Question Deadline 03/01/2023 at 5:00 PM MT PROJECT DESCRIPTION Lehi City is seeking proposals from a professional, Utah-licensed General Contractor to hire as a Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) for pre-construction services and to retain as the prime contractor throughout the construction process. The overall project programming and site concept design have already been approved by the City and it is the City's desire to work with the selected contractor and Project Landscape Architect to formulate construction drawings and details that best meet the design intent and project budget already established.Blu Line Designs has been contracted for design management. The city is also in the process of contracting Big T Recreation as the prime vendor for playground equipment.The Lehi Family Park project is expected to include the following: an all-abilities playground situated in multiple locations and at multiple grades, a large recirculated interactive water feature and splash areas, an amphitheater, a sensory garden, a large restroom with attached pavilion, a secondary large restroom, a utility building with a restroom for the splash pad, multiple small or medium pavilions and/or shade sails, an entry monument/arch, decorative perimeter fencing, paved walking paths and trails, a parking lot, and landscaping and irrigation.
