Question Submission Close Date 3/1/2023 12:00 PM M South Jordan City desires to select a Consultant to identify and quantify the impacts that a full-scale water reuse facility at the Jordan Basin Water Reclamation Facility (JBWRF) would have on the Jordan River and Great Salt Lake, with a range of 1 to 3 million gallons per day of reclaimed water being diverted, treated, and delivered to South Jordan water customers. The Consultant will also develop messaging materials to assist the City in communicating the results of the analysis to the public, elected officials, State agencies, and other stakeholders. The Consultant will produce a report with information identified in the project tasks that meets Utah Division of Water Quality's (UDWQ's) and State Engineer's requirements (and anticipated information requests) to evaluate a UDWQ Operation and Construction permit application and a water rights application for water reuse.
