For the following: ITB No. ITB-B23013S-0-2023/SN Exterior Door Replacement of Joe Davis Community Center & Eau Gallie Civic Center. Locations - Eau Gallie Civic Center located at 1551 Highland Ave., Melbourne, FL 32935 and end at Joe Davis Community Center located at 2547 S Grant St. Melbourne, FL 32901 The City of Melbourne ("CITY") is requesting bids from qualified firms ("Bidder") to remove existing and install new exterior doors for two (2) City locations as specified in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) Install new doors and doorframe (as applicable) in strict accordance with Florida Building Codes. Remove and dispose of any old material and doors The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive technicalities and informalities. The City of Melbourne is an equal opportunity employer. Question Deadline 03/07/2023 at 2:00 PM ET BIDDERS shall SUBMIT in sealed package: o ONE (1) ORIGINAL BID, SIGNED, AND DATED (labeled "original"); o ONE (1) COMPLETE COPY (labeled "copy"); o ONE (1) ELECTRONIC COPY (flash drive) in pdf format titled "Master Bid" (excel format for ITB form(s) issued in excel). Include electronic copy without confidential/proprietary information in separate file titled "Redacted Bid" - if applicable. The outside of the SEALED package should plainly identify the bid by: COMPANY, ITB NUMBER, ITB TITLE, AND DATE AND TIME OF BID OPENING.
