Site work and new construction of a service station / car wash facility in Brewer, Maine. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a service station / car wash facility.
As of May 15, 2023, project was not awarded. Project is no longer needed. Bids are requested for the construction of two (2) dual Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations at 2 separate locations within the City of Brewer. The project includes the installation of two black aluminum poles, associated foundations and conduit. Installation of EV chargers and associ Scope Site work and new constructated equipment to provide functioning charger units with software installed and ready for use by City staff at the completion of the project. For consideration, the attached bid form must be sealed in an envelope, distinctly marked, 2023 EV Charging Station Installation Project The work shall not commence until such time as the Contractor receives a notice to proceed from the City Engineer or his designee. The work is expected to begin on or about March 20, 2023 and be completed by July 31, 2023. The City of Brewer, Maine holds the exclusive right to reject or accept all or part of any or all bids received.
