Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in South Gate, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work consists of coating the interior and painting the exterior of the Hawkins Tanks. The work also involves modifying the existing inlet/outlet piping for both tanks, foundation modifications, wrought iron fencing, structural/safety upgrades including, but not limited to, hatches, stairway, vents, overflow, and flush-type cleanout, and cathodic protection systems per the Plans and Specifications. All work to be done under this contract shall be completed within three hundred (300) calendar days, beginning on the date stipulated in the written "Notice to Proceed" to be issued by the City. Bids will not be accepted from bidders who are not adequately licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California. The bidder shall possess a current Class "A" General Engineering Contractor's License. The license must be held by the bidder at the time the bid is submitted, at the time the Contract is awarded, and at all the times during the term of the contract.
