The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Roofing Replacement and structural modifications to existing Danada Model Farm Barn. Work includes removal and replacement of existing shingle roofing system, underlayment, and metal flashing. B. Hazardous Materials: If materials suspected of containing hazardous materials (e.g. asbestos- containing or lead-containing materials) are encountered, do not disturb; immediately notify Owner and A/E in writing. The Owner shall obtain the services of a licensed laboratory to verify the presence or absence of hazardous material reported by the Contractor and in the event that hazardous materials are found to be present, to cause them to be rendered harmless
