The County of Orange ("County") is seeking contractors to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for placement and compaction of asphalt pavement on designated County roads and at other locations, as may be required by the County, by geographic Zone. This method of Bidding the Work calls for a separate Bid and separate Contract for each Zone. Zones for the purpose of this Request for Bids ("RFB") are defined as follows: Zone 1: This Zone includes the Towns of Crawford, Montgomery, Newburgh, and New Windsor, as well as all municipalities located within the borders of those Towns. Zone 2: This Zone includes the Towns of Blooming Groove, Cornwall, Hamptonburgh, Highlands, and Woodbury, as well as all municipalities located within the borders of those Towns. Zone 3: This Zone includes the Towns of Deerpark, Greenville, Mount Hope, and Wallkill, as well as all municipalities located within the borders of those Towns. Zone 4: This Zone includes the Towns of Chester, Goshen, Minisink, Monroe, Tuxedo, Warwick, and Wawayanda, as well as all municipalities located within the borders of those Towns.
