The City of San Jose (hereinafter "City"), Department of Public Works, is seeking qualified firms (hereinafter "Consultant") to provide sanitary sewer master plan consulting services for various sanitary sewer improvement projects and/or programs. Consultants qualified to provide services including development of sanitary sewer master plans, hydraulic modeling supports, complex GIS model developments, capacity and Capital Improvement Program assessments and various as-needed engineering analyses and studies for the City's sanitary sewer system ("Consultant Services") are encouraged to respond to this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") by submitting a Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ"). The successful Consultant will enter into a Master Consultant Agreement with the City. Following execution of the Master Consultant Agreement, the City will request Consultant Services on an as-needed basis through individual Service Orders, which will each include a specific scope of services and the cost for those services.
