This work includes associated architectural, electrical, mechanical, and fire protection modifications. Also included is a new 20 x 11 Tool Cage to be installed in the existing maintenance bay area. Project B located at 2500 LYNX Ln, Orlando FL, 32804, in Building B "Wellness Center Renovation": The existing wellness center will be expanded by 9 ft x 29 ft. This will require removing the existing wall and extending it 9 ft. This work includes associated architectural, electrical, mechanical, and fire protection modifications. Additional work includes new acoustical ceiling tiles and wall insulation for the entire 972 SF wellness center room.
