This contract will also include the intake inspections of Forney Pump Station and Tawakoni Balancing Reservoir. Questions Due Date: Feb 22nd 2023, 9:30 AM CST The successful bidder(s) must provide a Written Warrant and Guarantee of all workmanship and materials for a 1-year period. The City of Dallas or its designated representatives reserves the right to cancel serviced award at any time during the installation if the work is deemed unsuitable by the City or its representative.
