**As of September 22, 2023, project was awarded to Stuczynski Trucking & Excavating, but awarded amount is not available.** OFFICIAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS LACONIA STREET - SANITARY & STORM SEWER REPLACEMENT FOR THE VILLAGE OF AMHERST, WISCONSIN OWNER: The Village of Amherst, Wisconsin, hereby gives notice that sealed unit price bids will be received for the excavation & replacement of approximately 340 ft. of 8" sanitary sewer main and approximately 100 ft. of 12" storm sewer pipe of the street in the Village of Amherst, and providing necessary materials to include sewer WYEs, couplings & elbows. An additional bid is requested for the replacement of sewer laterals from the sewer main to parcel property lines. Requests shall include street address for delivery of documents. The Village of Amherst reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interests of the Village of Amherst. BID WITHDRAWL: No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the opening of the Bids without the consent of the OWNER.
