Saving Project...

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Huntsville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The awarded respondent is to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and incidentals to repair damage as outlined in the insurance estimate (Attachment 1). Jobsite must be cleaned daily so as not to disrupt normal operations of Fire Station No. 1. Upon completion of the work, area will be cleaned, and all debris accumulated will be removed from the jobsite. The City will designate a project manager for this contract who will serve as the point of contact between the City and the awarded respondent. The instructions of the Project Manager are to be strictly and promptly followed. The City project manager will decide any and all questions that may arise as to the quality and accountability of the work performed, and as to the manner of performance and rate of progress of work. Failure of the City project manager to (i) discover or reject unacceptable work; (ii) discover work not in accordance with the contract; or (iii) failure to exercise any remedies in connection therewith, shall not be deemed an acceptance thereof. The City of Huntsville is accepting solicitations Repair Flood Damage at Fire Station No. 1.
