Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lakeland, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Submit all questions to Mrs. Tara Walls, CPPB, Senior Purchasing Agent, via e-mail at purch@lakelandgov.net or fax (863) 834-6777. The Services Of A State Of Florida Registered Contractor To Provide All Required Materials, Tools, Permits, Equipment, Traffic Control, Labor And Supervision For The Construction Of The Northside Pump Station Replacement. This Work Is As Shown In The Drawings Prepared By Chastain- Skillman, Inc. (Project No. 9922.28) And Generally Consists Of Construction Of A New Wastewater Lift Station At An Existing Lift Station Site. Improvements To Include New Wet Well, Pumps, Electrical Work, Piping, And Miscellaneous Civil And Mechanical Construction. The Bids Submitted And The Contract, If Awarded, Shall Be In Complete Accordance With This Invitation To Bid And The Project Plans And Specifications As Prepared By Chastain-skillman, Inc., Without Limitation, And All Codes, Requirements, And Regulations Referenced Therein. If A Contract Is Awarded, The City Will Award A Contract On A Unit Price Basis.
