For the friable removal of asbestos containing piping and elbow insulations inside several mini-containments throughout Wethersfield High School. Contractor must conform to prevailing wage rates on this project. Bid Security in amount of 5 percent of Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. Wethersfield Community Unit School District No. 230 reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject Bids. Wethersfield High School Base Bid 1: Friable glove bag removal of approximately 646 linear feet of ACM pipe insulation and approximately 90 hard elbow insulations in 7 separate mini-containments. Wethersfield High School Alternate Base Bid 1: Friable glove bag removal of approximately 666 linear feet of ACM pipe insulation and approximately 112 hard elbow insulations in 8 separate mini containments.
